My Magnolia
This beauty is a little taste of my southern roots, right in my own little back yard. We don't have the right climate to grow those big evergreen magnolias (there are some but they are rare), so this is my substitute. She drops all her leaves in winter and then blooms these delicate flowers before she even leafs back out in the spring.

delicate and lovely, very watercolour painting - magnolias are so exotic
Flowering before she's even got her clothes on - how showy! Beautiful to have that in your back yard.
Lovely. Lovely. Thanks for posting this. It is so sweet.
Beautiful, I think I like your magnolia better than mine :)
